I read your question and i understand your concern. With atrial fibrillation anticoagulation with xarelto is necessary and lifelong. So your medications needs compliance.

As far as nattokinase is concerned, its a japanese alternative approach and people have been using it as a side kick in heart conditions, it mostly affects blood pressure though. In Atrial fibrillation its role is negligible but yes you can use it or try it once discussing it with your cardio doctor. But it can't be a replacement of the medications you are on.
