Does Intake Of Progynova Help In Improving Endometrial Thickness?
Question: hi,my doctor tld me that i have ovulation problem where my left ovary size is 2.1mm..
also my endometrium size is 7.2.,she told tat the endometrium size is small...she suggested me progynova and to have fertigyn injection ...daily im having folic tablet and glycomet 500
let me know whether this will help me to get pregnant
for how many days fertigyn 10000 inj dose will be in my body.i had it on February 11..today i did home preg test it showed mild line..is it false positive or im n early stage of pregnancy
