Question: I am on psychiatric medication Encorate chrono 500 1-0-1 flunil 60 1-1-0 waklert 150 1-0-0 zapiz 0.5 1-1-1 met xl 25 1-0-1 zipsydon 40 1-0-0 zipsydon 80 0-0-1 Lopez 2 0-0-1 sulpidon 100 1-0-1 I am from XXXXXXX my question is that I am feeling depressed so can I take selgin selegiline 5 for my depression.

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

You are on multiple medications and as well as on high dose.

Selegiline is MAO B inhibitor anti parkinson drug. It is not indicated for depression. It can cause drug interaction with fluoxetine. If I were your treating doctor I would not recommend selegiline for depression.
