Brief Answer:
Not significant elevation
Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
Thank you for the query.
Urea levels would be helpful but this is not significant elevation of creatinine and its values vary from day to day +- 10umol. SO I dont think that there is deteriotrating of kidney function. Just avoid salty food, drink enough fluids and regulate blood pressure.
Wish you good health.
Regards

Brief Answer:
hi
Detailed Answer:
This is stage 2/3 of chronic kidney disease and you should be under the control of nephrologist.
Each food that contains proteins may increase creatinine, and red meat too,it can be taken but in moderate amounts. but some dietary changes should be followed as well:
Consuming grains, fruits and vegetables
Limiting phosphorus
Lowering calcium consumption
Cutting back carbohydrates for those with diabetes
Decreasing saturated fats to help lower cholesterol
Also, blood pressure, blood sugar and lipiids should be regulated.
