Does Intake Of Multivitamin And Diet Supplements Help In Improving Concentration?

Wanted to seek your opinion on having multivitamin / diet supplements to improve concentration and alertness. Mornings I feel OK, however, as the day passes - especially post lunch - I feel somewhat lethargic, feel need of 30 min nap which is infeasible during weekdays.
Please advise. Thanks

1. It could be simple mechanism occurring after meals [completely normal]
2. before giving advice on improving concentration/alertness make sure to exclude possibilities like blood sugar, low hemoglobin, under active thyroid, celiac disease, food intolerance, with your doctor which can make post-meal lethargy worse
3. Avoid processed/junk/oily food, eat food with low glycemic index [low carbohydrate diet]
4. Dietary Advice
. Anything you do, go low and go slow and make changes gradually, as your small changes become habit, you can continue to ADD more healthy choices.

ii. Make sure you do not travel, do strenuous exercise, or indulge in sexual activities within one hour after meal
iii. It would be good if you cook some quick and healthy food and avoid taking junk/processed, easily available food from outside unless your job/occupation is of constant touring or mental/physical stress is more.
