Take sildenafil one hour before planned sex .Start with 50 mg and if you do not get desired effect increase it to 100 mg ,This will help you to have hard erection that will sustain for longer duration and will help to delay ejaculation .
Please note that Sildenafil (Viagra) has to be taken only once in 24 hours.

Doc i used manforce 50 1 hour before having sex but found no change..... should i change tablet to 100mg or can i take 2* 50mg tablets..... kindly sujjest me..
