Does Long Term Anxiety Cause Mineral Deficiency?
Question: Hi I have been having anxiety and panic attack issues since 2-3 years. Currently my symptoms are extreme weakness and fatigue. I have read somewhere that long term anxiety can cause mineral deficiency. Is there a test for diagnosing mineral deficiencies like calcium potassium etc?
Brief Answer:
yes
Detailed Answer:
Yes. Any tupe of stress deprives the body of essential elements vitamins or minerals. Tests are available but costs more than the whole treatment. Instead you can start taking multivit tablets once daily for 1 month and 10 days of every month there after. Similarly cholecalciferol 60000 international units can be taken one capsule alternate day for ten capsules i.e. 20 days. And once a month thereafter. For sodium and potassium and calcium tests are simple and cheap, those cqn be done through prescription of your GP
