Brief Answer:
no
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Lupus is not a progressive disease, rather it has fluctuating course. Sometime when disease activity increases, you feel more difficulty, when disease activity is low you feel batter.
You can do zumba and dance, these are good. even any aerobic activity is good for you.
you can continue your medication as prescribed by doctor
aging is not related with lupus activity.
Hope this will help
