Question: i did continuous masturbation, whether it affect my birth giving ability and wat i to do to increase my birth giving ability

Masturbation is not known to affect child birth ( fertility).
To become a father, it is wise to lead a healthy life style, good diet, regular exercise and quit smoking if you happen to smoke..

yesterday i taken a scan at my abdomen, doctor said testis look large due to infection and it because of masturbation .wat i to do now

If clinical examination also shows evidence of infection in testis, then you need antibiotics to cure the infection. Usually the antibiotic course is three weeks along with ice application to the scrotum and scrotal support in the form of well-fitting underwear.
It is not related to masturbation.
