I use to masturbate daily , some times twice a day . is it good going ? How is it related to infertility may I know? Should I stop Masturbate Before Marriage?

I have gone through your query. Masterbation doesn't affect fertility. But excess masterbation is not encouraged as it will have psycosocial impacts. Masterbating twice daily is more. It is better to stop it before marriage as it may decrease sexual interest towards your partner.

You can involve in hobbies or talk to some one. Loneliness and idleness will give the tendency for masterbation. You can also involve in exercises or games like batminton or volley ball which will exhaust your excess energy and decrease the feel for excessive masterbation.
