Question: I m a 21 year old boy.4 years earlier my face had descent fat also on my cheeks.but now fat in cheeks and around is reduced.actually i m thin guy height 5 foot 11 inch and weight 57kg.i want to gain weight on my body and also on my cheeks and.ehat is the reason that i lost my weight on face.is it due to masturbation i do or any other thing.suggest me some ideas to gain weight especially on face

Masturbation is a normal behavior,doesn't affect the health if its in your control.

There are no specific ways to increase fatty tissue in face alone.Gaining overall weight would be possible.I would like to suggest few suggestions to improve your weight which are as follows
1)Balanced diet comprising carbohydrates, protein and fat in the ratio of 2:2:1 respectively
2)Try to eat little extra quantity after fulfilling your appetite(Don't over eat as it may lead to improper digestion)

7)Sleep well atleast 8 hours a day.

Actually since 2 years stomach infection has been a kind of prblm for me.when i eat food within 1 hour i go to stool which comes out in semi solud form then i take medicines consulting a doctor and becomes okay.after sometime it occurs again and i do the same and it goes on like this.is it because my digestive is not working properly?what should i do to make it working properly.let me tell by example.this thing always happens to me.i m okay right now but if i matubrate a couple of times again stomach upset things will happens to me i mean gases n all.is this the reason that my body is not consuming the nutrients? And my weight is not increasing.suggest me ways sir to make it ryt.thank you

Gone through the history carefully.

As you have been suffering with GI upset,improper bowel habits over a long duration,i would advise you to get evaluated by a doctor preferably gastroenterologist to rule out any functional causes of bowel dysfunction(like IBS-Irritable bowel syndrome) or any other anatomical causes of such dysfunction like sub acute bowel obstruction,any masses in the intestinal tract etc.

Some basic investigations like X-ray abdomen erect,stool analysis may be needed and also additional investigations may be required which depends on the advice of the treating doctor.

But in my opinion,most likely to be a functional bowel disorder like IBS..

Improper diet,eating habits,stress etc play a major role in causation of the symptoms of functional bowel dysfunction like IBS.

For example) If you drink a cold gas containing beverage,you may get these symptoms.This is because the intestine is unable to absorb the gases effectively and thus can get accumulated in the bowel which causes the abdominal discomfort,bloating etc.

In mean time follow the below suggestions to prevent such episodes and also better intestinal absorption of nutrients.

1)Encourage high fiber rich diet(like Fruits,vegetables)
