Hi and welcome.
The answer is no. I don't know if you've heard about it or not, but there is no any scientific evidence for something like this. Also, there are no proved negative effects of masturbation on any other organ or general condition.
Hope this'll clear your doubts, feel free to ask further.
Wish you good health.

Thank you very much Dr XXXXXXX for your reply.
Actually, I'm planning to start the gym and went to the doctor to consult about stiffness in my knees while going down from the stairs.
He asked me for an x-ray. When I got the x-ray report it concluded with the following remarks:
"X-ray findings suggest early changes of osteoarthritis of the knee joints".
Could you please explain me what is this conclusion? I haven't shown the report to the doctor yet but thought of checking it online to get an idea beforehand.
Considering the report findings, could you please also suggest me about my plan to start the workout. I don't want to end-up with the knee injury.
Thanks for your help.
Regards

Brief Answer:
Osteoarthritis uncommon in young age
Detailed Answer:
Hi
This is pretty unusual to see osteoarthritis in such young man, and I am not so convinced that xrays was interpreted well. In some cases such as juvenile arthritis or vitamin d defficency and certain hormonal imbalance, we may see such knee changes. I think that exercise can only help, but avoid running on asphalt. Best aerobic exercise would be cycling and swimming. If pain persist, you need to MRI of the knee and check hormonal levels, thyroid and steroid levels.
Wish you good health. Regards

Thank you so much doctor. You definitely relieved alot of my worry.
I'm attaching my xray reports to this message. Could you please review and interpret for me.
I'll be in a better position to talk to my doctor after getting your professional view on this. Thanks again.

Hi
Detailed Answer:
As I acan see, there is only a small calcification on medial aspect of right tibial articular surface which can be sign of minor osteoarhritis but this is usually just a sign of some previous injury and I dont think this is systemic arhritis or some other systemic disease. The left knee looks fine. I think that this may not be abnormal, but if pain persist you should see rheumatologist, do some lab tests (ANA antibody, Rf factor and autoimmune testing).
