Brief Answer:
No sign of UTI.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have done your routine urine analysis which revealed presence of only 0-2 WBC and 2-5 RBCs.These are normal findings detected on routine urine analysis.

Since you do not have any urinary symptoms like burning ,frequency of urination ,pain while passing urine there are no chances of you having UTI.

The low back pain on Rt side that you have could be due to large fibroid that you have .

Please consult qualified Gynaecologist for clinical assessment and further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
