Does Negative UPT Indicate?

Question: 4eggs were ruptured, 1 in right n 3 in left. IUI was done on day 12 of my menstrual cycle and the date was XXXXXXX 19 , last month. Today my periods has to start according to my menses cycle but I don't have any symptoms of it. When I did a upt , its negative. It means that I will not be able to conceive even after the iui. Or I will be pregnant n can be confirmed by scan?

1) The cycle can vary one or two days. Dont worry about it.

2) Wait for another week. If you don't get period, please get serum beta hCG blood test done to confirm pregnancy.

3) You don't seem to be pregnant. Wait and you shall get periods.

4) Scan is not required now.

Hi Sir ,
Today again my doctor told me to do a upt , which I did it in the morning, the result was like this , the line near c was very dark and line near t was very light. Wat does it mean ? Am I pregnant ? And my doctor told that my periods will not start if the result is positive and also informed that if my periods had to start it should have been started by now which has not happened n told me to come tomorrow for the beta hcg test.
