Brief Answer:
WIDE RANGE OF RECURRENCE RATE.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.

Most women who experience preeclampsia will not have it in a subsequent pregnancy. The risk of recurrent preeclampsia is between 5 and 70 percent,as you can see, it is a fluctuating and wide range.

Women who developed severe features of preeclampsia and were delivered before 30 weeks gestation having the highest risk (up to 70 percent) of preeclampsia in future pregnancies.
Women with preeclampsia without severe features of the disease near term have only a 5 percent chance of developing it again.
There is no reason why her next pregnancy should be delivered by a C section.
All the best

Brief Answer:
CAN BE GIVEN TRIAL FOR VAGINAL BIRTH.

Detailed Answer:
Not at all.
If the C section is done for a non recurrent indication, there is no reason why the next delivery should be by C section.
She can be given a trial of vaginal birth next time by an experieced and knowledgeable obstetrician.
