Question: YES MY WIFE HAS HAD 2 PREVIOUS OPERATIONS A ENDOSCOPY GALL BLADDER REMOVAL AND A CESARIAN C-SECTION . WOULD THIS INTERFERE WITH A LAPAROSCOPY HYSTERECTOMY OUR GYNECOLOGIST SAYS THINGS COULD HAVE BEEN MOVED AROUND AND AN ABDOMINAL MIGHT BE LESS COMPLETED

Yes your gynecologist is right in saying that previous surgery specially cesarean section can cause adhesions between the various organs and thus disturbing the natural anatomy.
Abdominal open approach is definitely a better method as it is easier to access the organs and release the adhesions but if adhesions are minimal then even laparoscopic approach specially in hands of an experienced surgeon is alright.
But she is the best guide as she can gather a lot of information regarding the adhesions after examination by assessment of mobility of the uterus and size of uterus.
So it will be in your best interest if you follow her advice.
