my mother has tested a usg whole abdomen in this report UTERES - is showing a small well defined hypoechoeic in anterior wall and few small nabothian cysts are seen in cervixLIVER-showing mild fatty infiltrations .GALL BLADDER- is distended and is showing multiple echogenic lesions with posterior acoustic shadowing s/o gb caculi...i want to know what is this problem?

Thanks for your query.You have not stated the age of your mother and is she in menopause and does she have vaginal bleeding?This information is vital and important to conclude her illness.The Ultrasound report reveals some mass in Uterus which could be malignant and the nature of the mass could be confirmed only on clinical and per vaginal examination and histo pathological study..Please consult some Gynecologist for proper evaluation.As regard the hyper echoic shadows in gall bladder they are silent gall stone and can be left alone and observed.
