Brief Answer:
Treatment required
Detailed Answer:
hello, the reports of your mother are not encouraging . firstly the Pap smear is suggestive of dysplasia which means that cervical cancer is a possibility . a biopsy should be done to confirm asap. also there may be pus collection inside the uterus causing the discharge. that indicates severe infection. sag needs a d/c biopsy too asap. high grade antibiotic therapy is essential . I would suggest hospital admission and further operative management . if the cervical cancer is confirmed, then hysterectomy is choice of surgery but only after a Mri to determine the stage. radio and chemotherapy may be added depending in the stage.
