Does Rough Intercourse Cause Sorness In Vagina?

Question: Hello, I need some advice. I am married and have only been with one person for the last three years of marriage. After two days of rough and prolonged sex on Thursday and Friday, I started to feel very sore. I felt I should have stopped beforehand but did not. I immediately felt pain down there like a soreness and raw feeling moreso than usual. Immediately after sex it burned to urinate, the pain was excruciating to go to the toilet. By Saturday, the day after the sex stopped, the pain in the area when urinating was the same, and although it was too far in to see it, I could definitely feel with my fingers an area of raw, eroded skin on at my vagina opening. This felt like friction damage as this was only 24 hours after sex. By Sunday, the pain was the same still, so I used a mirror and a light and noticed on the inside of the labia, coming from the vagina opening and upwards, there were two areas of bilateral raw skin, both lighter in colour than the surrounding labia skin, but with an angry red border. It seems a little like an ulcer, but not as defined as an ulcer. It is in no way blister-like, and there is no fluid collecting there. There are no sores anywhere else, just bi-laterally at the opening. Is this caused by friction? By Sunday I also noticed more frequent and increased clear-watery discharge, followed by green discharge, now alternating between clear and green discharge. My urine is also brown! What is the problem? I'm really worried that I've damaged my vagina somehow! We did not use condoms but I've only been with one person since marriage, and before marriage I had multiple partners, some protected, some unprotected, but was routinely tested for infections/STIs, always negative. Never had any other sores, legions, ect.
Brief Answer:
Dont Worry
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to healthcare Magic.
I have gone through your query and would like to reply in detail as follows:
1. These raw areas are definitely caused by friction during sex.
2. This is not STD or STI.
3. The wound ( Raw area) is getting slowly healed and might take some time to heal. The green and watery discharge suggest healing process.
4. Keep area cleaned regularly twicw a day with hot water and dry it afterwards with sterile cotton.
5. Urine is brown because of pressure on urethra / bladder during sex and a possible raw area there too which will slowly heal.
I hope your doubt is clarified. Let me know if you wish any other information.
Regards,
Dr. Soumya

Hi Doctor,
Thank you so much for your reassurance. How long do you think it will take to heal the area? It is difficult to sit down and is painful!
Should I go to an STI clinic to be checked, to be sure?

Hi. Thank you for replying. After another day the sores definitely appear to be more ulcer-like now. They are now completely white with a red outline.
Is there absolutely no way that this is an STD/STI? I am quite worried. Is it possible to get ulcers like this from a STI?
