Hello,
If the semen is ejaculated inside the
urethra,
pregnancy does not occur. Sperm must enter the female genital tract (vagina,
cervix) for fertilization to occur. To enable the sperm to fertilize the egg, it needs to enter the cervix, get all the way into the
fallopian tube to fertilize the egg and result in pregnancy. However, during foreplay, semen may be in the pre ejaculate and may enter the vagina through the fingers , the couple should be careful during fingering.
If you are not planning for a pregnancy, you should be in regular
contraceptive pills or contraceptive device. In case of unprotected sex, emergency contraceptive pills should be taken to avoid pregnancy within 72 hours of pregnancy. You should use condoms as CP protects from pregnancy and not from sexually transmitted diseases. Avoid multiple partners.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
