Suggest Possible Ways For Birth Control

My question is about sexual intercourse. In further detail, if a female has semen ejaculation inside her urethra and were to wash it thoroughly with soap immediately after intercourse; will this help not fertilize?

Hello,

If the semen is ejaculated inside the urethra, pregnancy does not occur. Sperm must enter the female genital tract (vagina, cervix) for fertilization to occur. To enable the sperm to fertilize the egg, it needs to enter the cervix, get all the way into the fallopian tube to fertilize the egg and result in pregnancy. However, during foreplay, semen may be in the pre ejaculate and may enter the vagina through the fingers , the couple should be careful during fingering.

If you are not planning for a pregnancy, you should be in regular contraceptive pills or contraceptive device. In case of unprotected sex, emergency contraceptive pills should be taken to avoid pregnancy within 72 hours of pregnancy. You should use condoms as CP protects from pregnancy and not from sexually transmitted diseases. Avoid multiple partners.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Hi,

This is not a good method of birth control. With each ejaculation millions of sperms go inside the female body for fertilization. Even If you wash it immediately there is still chances of getting pregnant. I would recommend use of proper method for birth control like pills, injections, IUD or implants which ever suits you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
