Brief Answer:
A very good exercise
Detailed Answer:

You are doing one of the best exercises. By jumping with the ropes, there is no ill effect on the size of the uterus. Nature has not created such a vital organ so weak. Please carry on your exercise.
If you do not jump erect and land in awkward position, then there is a risk of injury to your knee(s) and/or ankle(s), not otherwise.
It is better to land on the front part of the foot which gets a spring action and also helps to rise again.

Hello Doctor,
thank you so much for the reply. i am glad to hear that skipping does not harm the uterus. i had such a doubt because my trainer in the gym who is a physiotherapist as well had told me about it and i have been skipping since i was a kid.
feels really great to know that it does not harm the uterus in any manner.
i had an another question- i get vaginal odour and white discharge along with itching at times. is it something to worry about and is there any natural way to solve this issue rather than opting for chemical cleansers that is available at the chemists store. also are these cleansers safe?

Brief Answer:
Description of discharge and some information needed
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I am indeed happy to note that you are satisfied by my advice.
Now coming to your foul smelling vaginal discharge, I would like to know some more details. Such discharge with itching denotes some sort of vaginal infection - fungal, trichomonal or bacterial. The description of the discharge can help me to come to the diagnosis.
Is the discharge milky or watery mucoid in colour? Watery mucoid discharge denotes the bacterial infection and may require antibiotics to treat it.
If it is milky white in colour, does it form flakes? The flakes are formed by fungus - monalia or candida. It can be treated by anti-fungal vaginal pessaries.
The milky white, slightly greenish discharge which flows freely is due to trichomonal infection. Metronidazole taken for seven days will eradicate it.
Are you married or sexually active? If so, till you get rid of the discharge, please observe sexual abstinence. Also in that case, both the partners will have to take the treatment simultaneously. During the treatment, please follow some instructions:(Both the partners, if applicable)
1. Clean shave the private parts
2. Everyday boil the underclothes otherwise the discharge painted up in the clothes reinfects.
3. Use panty liners to avoid soiling of the underclothes. Everyday, change them.
4. Cut the nails short.
5. Sexual abstinence.
I have suggested you this treatment, however, I would like to have the information I have requested for the proper diagnosis and then only you may start the specific treatment that will advise you.
If you are satisfied, please post a good review and rate me 5 starts.

Brief Answer:
Appears to be Candidiasis
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
From your description, particularly the flaky discharge, it appears that you have fungal infection - candidiasis. In virgins, this infection is found due to commonly commode users. Local vaginal pessaries should be fine for you, no need straight a way to go for oral antifungal medicines.
I have got a doubt, it may be mixed infection with Trichomoniasis. In that case, you will have to take oral metronidazole tablets for 7 days along with antifungal vaginal pessaries.
You need to report to a Gynaecologist, not urologist for these symptoms. The infections are not worrisome; however, you have to identify the cause of infection and get rid of it since these infections are notorious and known to recur. Please complete the treatment and get cured completely. Do not ignore to the instructions I have narrated in last message lest the recurrence.
