Does Slight Overdose Of Lisinopril Cause Any Side Effects?

Question: I've been prescribed Lisinopril 20 mg tablet 2 times a day (40 mg daily total). Today I may have taken by mistake 2 20mg tablets in the evening (60 mg total today). Should I worry about possible effects of overdose?

Brief Answer:
Get your blood pressure checked.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome to HCM.
This is not overdose of Lisinopril. You have just taken the excessive dose.
There is nothing to worry until and unless you get any symptoms of low blood pressure like Dizziness, blackouts, weakness.
You can simply get your BP checked. If your blood pressure gets on lower side just take rest. Avoid to exert.
When you have your next dose due just get your BP checked and then take it if BP is not low.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
