Question : Hi
I am pregnant 6 weeks. I got spotting last week. The doctor gave me duphaston to continue taking for a month. My hcg level was 2966 after 2 days it went down to 2353 does it mean I will miscarry. The spotting did not stop. Does it mean I will miscarry? Should I continue take duphaston?

Brief Answer:
Miscarriage
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health magic.
Unfortunately There seems to be miscarriage. Beta hCG should double every 48 hours. But it has decreased meaning miscarriage.
Continue the duphaston tablets and progesterone injections for next 2 days and repeat beta hCG blood test to confirm miscarriage.
