Would Stem cell therapy help heal the inside of the eye from a retinal detachment repair where a scar formed over the macula. I can see the BIG E on the vision chart. The surgery was thirteen years ago. I can see a little. The view is warped and for the most part - no color. It looks like seeing through wax paper. Thank you.
