Brief Answer:
Nothing worrisome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
I read carefully your query and understand your concerns.

You don't need to worry.Your blood pressure is in not high.
Values over 140 / 90 mmHg are considered high.
In your case your blood pressure is in normal range : 135 /92 ; 122/91 ;144/90.

You should try to keep a healthy lifestyle that includes:
-Eat healthy foods. Avoid fatty processed foods.
Restrict salt intake
-Keep a healthy weight
-Drink plenty of water
-Exercise regularly every day at least 45 min.
-Try to manage stress in your life because stress and anxiety are directly related with blood pressure. Meditation and Yoga can help.

Right now you have nothing to worry about.Your blood pressure is OK.
If your blood pressure is over 140/90 for most days of the weeks then you should consult a physician. Most likely if blood pressure is high is due to your anxiety.
The best thing is to prevent hypertension rather than treat it,so please follow the above tips about a healthy lifestyle.

Hope it was of help.
Let me know if you have other questions or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind Regards!
