Does Tear Around The Pubic Bone Cause Erectile Dysfunction?

erection difficulties
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for contacting HCM with your medical concerns.
I see that you initially sent a XXXXXXX inquiry and have up graded it to a premium question.
I answered your XXXXXXX question and my assessment is the same.
The injury you sustained did it cause a bulge to form in your inguinal area. If there is bulge then that is more than likely a hernia. The hernia is a weakness in the abdominal wall that allows the contents of the abdomen to bulge out into the scrotum. This can be painful and depending on the pressure could cause impingement on the vascular or nerves into the scrotum and penis.
The difficulty to get an erection is a direct response to the inguinal injury. The pain itself will impact your ability to get an erection. I tis possible once the pain resolves your erections will also improve.
I do recommend though that you seek medical attention so they can evaluate your injury and start a proper treatment course. Once this is complete your erections may also improve and if they don't then further investigation with a urologist maybe warranted.
In summary
1. inguinal injury
2. possible inguinal hernia
3. erection difficulty from groin injury
4. Seek medical attention for treatment of inguinal injury
5. Seek urology if erection does not improve
I hope I answered your question. Please contact HCM again with your health care concerns or questions or if you have any other information you need
