Brief Answer:
It appears some bacterial infection
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question .I am Dr Matin and will be answering your question.
HIV infected fluids require to remain in prolonged contact with your abraded skin or mucosal membrane to effect a successful infection.
So no HIV over there.
Your WBC count is raised and the differential count shows highly increased granulocytes (neutrophils) , means that the bacterial infection is going strong and the antibiotics have not worked properly , so you need a proper revision of diagnosis as well the choice of antibiotics.
Hope this helps.

Brief Answer:
Don't get confused , no HIV
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your response.
You need not confused over there. It is tather a mathematical explanation . We take the 100 % as a differential count .It means if we see 100 cells and if the granulates are 95.5 % of it , then rest part of WBC -like lympgocytes , monocytes will have to be accommodated in rest 4,5% , so your lymphocytes is showing low count as granulocytes are first line of defence they rise against any bacterial infection.
HIV can't be diagnosed on the basis of symptoms alone .It has to be substantiated by a HIV positive result as the symptoms-- rashes, fever , sore throat are very general ones and are found in many bacterial illnesses too. So no worries over there.
Hope it helps.
