Does The Intake Of Nordic Naturals Cause Nausea And Flatulence?

Information
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX
Some supplements can be irritating to the stomach including the ones that you are taking. In particular, the Nordic Naturals fish oil and possibly the omega oils can be upsetting to the digestive tract.
In addition, one of the things you are taking you may be at least partially allergic to as you are having itching.
I recommend that you discontinue all of these, let your digestive tract heal and return to normal. Give it a few weeks. When all of this has resolved, try ONE of the 3 supplements you mentioned, and only take it in a very small dose at first. Gradually increase the amount you take of it over a period of several weeks. Increasing too rapidly will not allow your body to adjust, and in the case of the oils, can result in the bloating, burping, nausea, gas, and trips to the bathroom. So start very small and increase very slowly. Then, if tolerating the first supplement, after 6-8 weeks, you can do the same with the next supplement you are wanting to try.
So do not start more than one type at a time.
In addition with the oils, refrigerate them, and do not keep them for long, as they can get rancid easily and be irritating and not good for you then.
Not everyone tolerates curcumin that well. Curcumin isn't readily absorbed. So again, as with the oils, start very small, and increase very gradually.
If one of the supplements starts to make you itch, you will know which one if you follow this plan of separatly introducing them by 6-8 weeks.
If one of them causes you to start to itch, then you will need to eliminate it.
I hope this information helps. Please let me know if I can provide further information.
