Does The Urine Test Result Indicate Kidney Problem?

My sister-in-law had gone through an Urine test. Can you please let me know whether it is a symptom of any kidney related disease? What is the severity and is it curable? Whom should I consult in person?
Here are the details:
1. Pus Cell average 200 per HPF
2. Epithelial cell present +++
3. RBC: 8 -10 per HPF
Thanks,

Urinary Tract infection
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
Your sister in law has urinary tract infection. It is curable with antibiotics.
Here is what you should do
1. Send urine for culture before starting antibiotics
2. I empirically start Ciprofloxacin twice daily until the culture report arrives ( usually takes 3 days) and then switch over to a culture sensitive antibiotic
3. I would also like her to undergo ultrasound of the abdomen to know if the kidneys are also involved. Patients with kindey infection usually have severe flank pain associated with fever and chills
4. To know the severity please get a serum creatinine test and complete blood count tested. Increased WBC count and raised creatinine are markers for severity.
5. You must consult a nephrologist
6. Watch out for reduced urine output and swelling of the feet
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards

We are waiting for the culture report, as you mentioned, it is going to take fw more days.
Can you please have a look at the report and let me know what is the status and how much severe the infection is. Has it affected kidney by any chance?
What could have been the reason behind this?
Also, I forgot to mention one thing last time. She has a got her left leg swollen bit just above the left ankle and it's pretty small in size.

Hello
Thanks for getting back with the reports
It looks like she is suffering from infection of the urinary bladder. Kidneys are safe at the moment. Continue to take the antibiotics the doctor has prescribed until the culture report arrives.
Cystitis is easily treatable with antibiotics.
Swelling of the left leg is not related to the kidneys. When kidneys get affected both the lower limb swell up
I hope I was of help

We had consulted with a local Doctor and was given few medicines:
Levomac 500- 10days, night (1 time after food)
Voxate - 5 days (3 times after food)
We haven't received the culture report yet.
This is the 3rd time she faced the infection.
Why is it reoccurring and is there any permanent solution to this disease?
To avoid it or cure it parmanently what should we do further?

Hello
Thanks for getting back
Recurrent urinary tract infection can be because of several reasons. Here is what you should do
1. She should be on oral prophylactic antibiotic for 3 months, I usually give Nitrofurantoin
2. Since she is not a diabetic, I recommend her to get a micuturating urethrogram to rule out anatomical abnormalitities in the urinary tract
3. Is she is sexaully active her partner should be tested for urine infection and treated. She must void urine after intercourse
4. She should drink plenty of water
5. After passing stools, she should make sure the direction of wiping should be away from vagina and not towards it.
I hope I was of help
