Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me assure you, that grossly the report is normal.
Blood is seen in your semen, which means, there maybe an inflammation somewhere along the tube through which, semen passes into penis.
you'll need to do an ultrasound scan of abdomen and TRUS(trans rectal ultrasound scan) of the prostate gland. According to the report, treatment will be advised.
A semen culture also is advised.
Till reports are available, take clomiphene tablets once daily.
You can reply with theese reports. Hope your wife has also had a check-up.
Wish you well.
