What Does This Semen Analysis Report Indicate?

Question: Hi ,
IUI has not been successful . My HSG , ovaries, Ovulation is Normal . No cysts or fibroids.
My husband's semen analysis for IUI is

Liquefaction time - greater than 60 mins.
Consistency - Manual Liquefaction
Volume-0.6ml
WBC- 0.3M/ml

Concentration(prewash) - 43m/ml, postwash-22m/ml
Motility (Prewash) 70% Postwash -68%
Progressive Motility (overall) prewash-47% Postwash(55%)
a) Rapid progression -Prewash-28% Postwash-32%
b)Slow progrssion -prewash-19% Postwash 23%
c) Non Progressive -prewash -23% Postwash 32%

Nonmotile-30%
Morphology -68%
%Survival 51%

Report says Normozoospermia despite stating Volume as Hypospermia .
Can you pls help?

Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Sperm volume is less than 1.5 ml. This means hypospermia.

As long as sperms are healthy and good in number, I don't see any reason to worry.
