Question: last month i went to the gynae .i want to concieve .so she told me for the ultrasound .ihad ovary infection.so she gave me medicine antibiotics and she gave me the treatment of colposcopy and cryo.but problem is that ,this month ii am not having period.and i checked through upt.it is showing negative

If you have undergone treatment for ovarian infection and possible cervical erosions with cryocautery then they are not likely to interfere with your menstrual cycle.YOu may have missed periods due to hormonal imbalances which may occur more commonly due to various intermenstrual stressors like psychological and emotional.
If your pregnancy test is negative , then it is advisable for a total of 15 days after missed periods to allow menses to resume . If however they dont then you have to undergo an ultrasound to check for endometrial thickness and also a hormonal profile before a withdrawal bleed can be contemplated with progesterones to resume menses.
