Does Usage Of Benzocaine Along With Condoms Advisable?

No side effects on child birth. Benzocaine dose not kill sperm
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.
The benzocaine is not used to kill the sperm but to numb the tip of the penis so the person would last longer before ejaculating. But any condom will have the spermicid to kill the sperm, because that is how condoms work.
The spermicid not benzocaine will not have side effects on child birth because the spermicid will kill the sperm that is ejaculated which for that time will prevent pregnancy and sexually transmitted infections but will not do anything to the sperm that will be produced in the future ejaculations if the condoms are not used.
Hope this is helpful.

No side effects in pregnancy from Promescent
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for the follow up question.
There are no side effects on pregnancy by using promescent. It is just Lidocaine spray which give numbness to the tip of the penis.
Something else that has proven helpful is lidocaine-prilocaine spray or topical administration of Alprostadil cream (200 to 300 mcg) to the penile meatus prior to intercourse. Please note that they may have some local side effects like burning or erythema at the application site, meatal or glandular pain, or prolonged or painful erection, vaginal burning or itching, etc.
We consider SSRIs to be first-line treatment. Options include Paroxetine (10 to 40 mg/day), Sertraline (50 to 200 mg/day), Fluoxetine (20 to 40 mg/day), and Citalopram (20 to 40 mg/day). You will need a prescription by a local doctor in order to provide this medicine.
Hope this helps and answers your question.
