Brief Answer:
please stop using nasal drops

Detailed Answer:
Hello,Welcome to HCM,

You have developed a condition called as Rhinitis Medicamentosa, this is seen in patients who use nasal decongestant drops frequently. After sometime they stop responding to them and develop more nasal obstruction

Please don't worry, the condition can be managed by the use of nasal and oral steroids, however you will need to meet a doctor for the prescription.

The most important thing is to stop using the drops completely. You can also start steam inhalation 2-3 times a day, it will help reduce the nasal congestion.

Please meet your ENT doctor, he will examine you and guide you as per findings.

Let me know if I can assist you further..

Take care
Thanks
