What Causes Nasal Congestion After Overused Nasal Spray?
rhinitis medicamentosa... I overused nasal spray in the past and I think now I have this problem... every day my nose stuffed at work everywhere. .. I got into the habit of playing with my nose until I feel relief and publicly moving my nose around with my hands... I got to the point where it gets dry in my right nostril bottom corner.. bothers me.. I don t know what to do.. I don t you nasal spray anymore... I ve tried the shower steam the tea .. etc.. it works for awhile but not permanent. .
