Doing Regular Workout, Weight Not Coming Down. How To Reduce Weight?
Question: I have to know, how i can reduce my weight. As i am not that much fat, have build my body on shape. the weight is not coming down properly even after the workouts .

Dieting is a good way to reduce weight.
Before taking meals take lot of salad, this will fill your stomach and also coat a layer in your stomach, preventing absorption of fat.
Take oat in breakfast, in snacks take high fibre biscuits.
Keep doing gym.
You dont need to go for cholesterol level, body fat has nothing to do with cholesterol.
