Question: what does it mean on my ecg that says chronic st and t wave changes, consider anterior ischemia

The chronic ST-T changes are a usual findings in half of the cases but may indicate cardiac disease in others.
You are advised to have a clinical examination done by a cardiologist and get an ECHO and TMT done for more information on diagnosis.
