Question: I recently had blood work done for an insurance policy. My BUN was 8, but my Creatinine was .8. Should I be concerned with the BUN being low?

Blood urea nitrogen level is 8 mg /dl ( 9-26 mg/dl).
In your case mild low level ,but it is very good for kidney function , so need not to worry i.e. not a cause of concern.
As serum creatinine level is within normal limit so nothing to worry .
