Brief Answer:
It is likely to be bronchitis.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have seen the report attached with the query.
The mild increase in cardiothoracic ratio is suggestive of cardiomegaly - a mild increase in the size of the heart caused by chronic hypertension.
The increase in the bronchovascular markings are suggestive of a mild short term chest infection- Bronchitis. There are no signs of any serious infection. This can be taken care of with proper systemic antibiotics.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
