Dose Breast Discharge Cause HIV?

Do not worry for HIV infection, you are HIV negative...
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thank you for your contact to healthcare magic. I read and understand your concern. I have also reviewed the photograph and prescription letter to you.
I am Dr Arun Tank answering your concern.
Massage, hand masturbation and sucking breast sucking never spreads HIV to any body unless there is some fresh injury on the part.
Breast milk/discharge never causes HIV.
HIV related sore throat occurs within a week and not on a same day. Rash usually occurs on terminal HIV infections that is after 2 to 3 years. So we can exclude the HIV.
Fever and cold is because of some other infection. Antibiotics prescribed has a common adverse effect of the diarrhea, so diarrhea can be because of antibiotics and not because of HIV.
So from all the above points in my opinion you are not having HIV infections.
You can ask me for further clarification.
Thank you
Dr Arun Tank

No HIV infection...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Flu like symptoms can be seen in initial HIV infection with fever, rash, malaise, body ache etc. It can occur for very short period e.g. 1 to 2 days.
Rash can be seen in other clinical findings also like allergy, scabies, dengue etc. So these causes need to be ruled out. You can visit the Skin specialist to rule it out.
But for mental relief you can test your self for the HIV RNA PCR. This will give us a confirm result after a week. It is a gold standard test for HIV so you can count this result as final result.
You can ask me for further clarification.
Thank you,
Dr Arun Tank

HIV PCR can confirm your status...
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX,
Thank you for your answer.
Your exposure to breast and its secretion has no potential to cause HIV so your symptoms including leg pain is not suggestive of the HIV.
There are incubation period for every infections. Incubation period is the appearance of the detectable antibody following infection. Infection can not be detected before this period so 7 days period is not sufficient for each infections. The incubation period for various infections is as follows.
Hepatitis B 3 to 4 weeks, HIV antibody ELISA 12 weeks, Hepatitis C 3 months and syphilis 3 months. So answer for seven days test is that you have to wait for the above mention period till you detect the infection.
Your symptoms though resembles HIV but exposure is not supporting HIV infection. But you can confirm your status after a week with HIV DNA PCR test. This will rule out the HIV infection from you.
Breast sucking can cause HIV if the breast has fresh bleeding wound and you have fresh ulcer in the mouth. Sore throat will not cause you HIV. Saliva contains inhibitory substances that prevent HIV infection.
You can ask me for further clarification here.
Thank you
Dr Arun Tank.

yes, you can go for the test today
Detailed Answer:
Hi narunshan,
Thank you for your answer.
HIV PCR test is conclusive after 7 days. As you have already passed the 7 days you can go for HIV RNA PCR test.
Drinking body fluids never causes HIV infection. If fresh ulcer is present in the mouth then only HIV can be infected.
There are other causes of chills and fever which need to be excluded.
We cannot calculate the ARS period exactly but it can come within a few days of infection.
You can ask me for further information.
Thank you
Dr Arun Tank
