Dull Pain Inside Hip Bone Abdominal Area. Cause?
Hi
Pain in your lower abdominal area on left side can be due to left sided ureteric stone,infection of sigmoid colon,left ovarian cyst got twisted etc.
Please get an ultrasound abdomen and confirm the diagnosis.
If your stools are not watery or associated with mucus,then infection is ruled out.
If ultrasound is normal,then it could be musculoskeletal pain.
Please take Skeletal muscle relaxant and observe.
If the pain is not subsiding,get an ultrasound abdomen.
If you come back with ultrasound report,i will clarify further
