It means there are some ST depressions in lateral leads. Generally may of no significance but if you have any symptoms such as chest pain, breathlessness you need further evaluation.
It is advisable for you to have Echocardiogram done. If echo is normal and you are symptomatic, better to have TMT (Treadmill test) also done.
