Ear And Throat Hurts While Swallowing. Will It Be Cured By Z-pak?

Question: Left ear, left side of throat hurt when swallow. Left inside cheek has white lines. What might this be and will z-pak help?

Welcome to healthcare Magic!
The pain in these areas are indicative of some local infection like upper tonsillitis etc.
White lines are indicative of locally aggressive disease.
Z-pak is helpful but Augmentin 625mg thrice a day for 5days in clinicians supervision would be a better option.
Do saline gargles followed by Chlorhexidine gargles and eat nothing for ensuing 3hours.
