Excess sleep can be because of several reasons: like hormonal changes, vitamins deficiency, anemia, chronic infection, anxiety, low mood or use of some medicine.

-Sleep habit: sleeping and waking time
-Any interruption in sleep in night
-Use of alcohol or other substance. If yes, then frequency of use
-How is your mood, appetite
-How is current functioning
-Total duration of sleep: In day and night
-Get your thyroid profile, Complete blood count, kidney function test and liver function test
