XXXXXXX takes med for blood pressure, sleeping aid, prescription, celexa and topiramate for involuntary movements at night, and the migraine medicine. Past history of alcohol abuse but alcohol free for many months now. Lost child four yrs ago , still in treatment for ptsd.
