yesterday i was a litlle drunk,and had a and got an oral sex from some hooker with out a condom for a little which is very stupid,but in couple minutes put the condom on,today i feel not sharp but some weird pain in my penise, i am very worried what it could be?

Pain in penis after intercourse can be due to trauma to the penis due to rough intercourse, urethritis or infection and inflammation of urethra, prostatitis, balanitis or sexually transmitted diseases like herpes simplex. Since you had unprotected intercourse initially, hence a complete STD panel needs to be done.
Apply warm compresses and some topical antiseptics. Also wear loose-fitting cotton clothing and use an antibacterial soap or mild soap like dove. You can also apply topical antibiotic creams. However if the symptoms persist then oral anti inflammatory drugs may be needed. Then investigations to rule out the above mentioned possibilities also need to be done.
