Thanks for your query. What you are referring to is called as premature ejaculation which is quite a common problem. The treatment consists of use of drugs like fluoxetineror dapoxetine once a day to delay ejaculation. However therapy of choice is master and XXXXXXX technique that is a behavioural technique to be learned along with your partner from a clinical psychologist. Wish you happy sexual life.
