Question: insufficient bowel passing

Problems related to passing stool are usually linked to the diet.

The use of fruit s and vegetables as well as any foods containing a high content of fiber would improve the consistency of your stool. High fiber foods would be whole grain foods and whole grain breads, barley, oats, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds.
All of these foods would help you to pass stool more often.

Using enough water and having an enough exercise would also help with any stool related problems. You use at least 8 glasses of water a day.
