i'm a 24-year-old guy, but my libido has been pretty lackluster for like the last year, or so.i think it may be diet because i've never been a healthy eater, which i've been trying to correct.for the past few months now i've been eating more oatmeal and wheat germ everyday, trying to get more fiber in my diet, that sort of thing.i'm thinking of going to get my hormones checked, but i'm still on a parent's insurence, and was wondering if a routine physical includes checking for nutritional defencies and hormone levels?if not, does it cost extra to request these and can i keep it private even though it's on someone else's insurence?
