Fainting Frequently, Hot Flashes, White Lips, Lesion In Brain Found With MRI, Skipped Heart Beats In ECG. Advise?

I dont know if you could help us my brother is twenty seven years old and from April of last year he was working normally and he started fainting. my mum took him to the doctor were an MRI Scan took place and they found a lesion in the brain, were the doctor reassured my mother that it's not from the lesion whats causing all this. He went for an ECG test and found that his heart rate wasn't beating normally. it beats twice then stops and again two beats but the cardiologist told mum that its not from that either. The fainting stop for almost six months and now he's fainting again frequently. he's watching tv afterwards he feels a hot flush and he faints and the colour of his lips are white and we need to take him to the doctor to get his balance back. Can you help us please since we're going from a doctor to another and we never received the answer.
Thanks & Regards

Thank you for the query.
I would like to know few more things which would help me in suggesting you better:
1.) Does he have dizziness?
2.) What is his height and weight?
3.) Did he sustain any head injury in the recent past?
You have said your Doctor has detected a Brain lesion also has irregular heart beats, you haven't mentioned much in detail about them. The brain lesion and Cardiac arrythmias may be the causative factors for his frequent loss of consciousness. He needs a thorough evaluation by a Cardiologist and a Neurologist, so that they may examine him in detail and run further tests like,
1.) Bloodwork.
2.) Repeat CT/MRI Brain scan.
3.) Cardiac 2D ECHO.
4.) Carotid Doppler and so on.
5.) EKG
6.) Treadmill Test (TMT)
Once the cause is confirmed, he will be treated accordingly. The line of treatment will be different for Brain lesion and Cardiac Arrythmias.
In addition to this, he will have to follow these lifestyle modifications:
1.) Eat healthy nutritious balanced diet which should include fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables.
2.) Avoid high calorie foods.
3.) Moderate Exercises like walking for 30 to 40 minutes daily and maintain a healthy weight.
4.) Avoiding Alcohol, caffeine and smoking, if he does.
5.) Avoid stress, practice relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation.
Hope I have answered your query, I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
Regards.

Yes he does have dizziness, vertigo and although we took him to an ENT specialist he told us it could be menier's disease but he seemed not so sure while other doctors ruled out that it couls be meniers.
He weights 72.8 kilos and his height is of 5ft 4. no he never had a head injury.
Thank you for the query.
Your follow up history doesn't suggest it to be Meniere's disease since transient loss of consciousness is not seen in it. As i said earlier, it could be due to Cardiac Arrythmias or the Brain lesion.
These have to be ruled out, hence get him evaluated by a neurologist and a Cardiologist. One more thing i would like to let you know is, he is Obese, check his Cholesterol levels also after discussing it with his Cardiologist.
Let him follow the advice which I had given, stick to his treatment plan and go for regular follow up.
Wishing him Good Health Once again.
Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Tauseef.
